About the Ladies Ministry
The Ladies' Ministry of ALA serves to:
1. Inspire and encourage women to understand the word of God and apply it to their lives, thereby reflecting God’s likeness in every way.
2. Empower and equip women with the tools needed for success and prosperity.
3. Foster an environment which supports the growth and development of unique gifts and talents.
Activities

Activities
- Our ministry is a vibrant one with the following activities:
- Prayer meetings
- Bible study
- Outreach to women
- Women’s health
- Home management & interior decorating
- Social responsibility
- Annual picnic/bus ride
- Occasional Joint meetings with the Men’s Ministry
- Hosting of the annual Father’s Day service
- We enjoy ourselves in the Lord and with each other, as together we grow in God. Each sister has a prayer partner for that spiritual support and connection with God; she gets little surprises from a Secret Sister whose thoughtfulness helps to make the day special; there is a WhatsApp group that connects the sisterhood as we share and uplift; food fellowship for those get-togethers; encouragement for the younger women by the older women; and donations to various ministries of the church. All ALA ladies are invited to join us!
- We meet every second Saturday in the month during the afternoon.
